The maintenance man Jacob is a sweetheart and the woman over it Melanie Blue is just a sweetheart also and always willing to help. The only thing I don't like is how people/renters over there doesn't have respect. None at all for there elders!! An they don't know how to respect people's privacy or not be loud at night when the elders are try to sleep. They want to crank up loud vehicles and loud motorcycles an just be rude by ravine up there engine.

They had a great manager named Vicky she got promoted and then we got stuck with Melanie Belue which acts like a 2 yr old child! She has never treated everyone equally! She thinks she's better than the people that are living there that is her true problem! And she will flat out lie too!
