If you have a property to rent in the San Lorenzo area and need an awesome property manager, just call Sam @ Village Properties. I feel like I don't have to worry about my home and Sam provides good value.

When I decided to rent out my house, Sam helped me narrow down pricing, find a good renter, arranged a contractor to quickly make some quality repairs, and got a cleaning crew to help with the final cleanup. Plus he's a local so I know that if anything goes wrong, he and his colleagues are nearby because I'm not able to do that myself.

Sam is an amazing realtor! Last year he helped me and my husband through selling my pervious apartment and buying a new one.
