Kiri Sandra is so knowledgeable, she helped me with everything, finding best notary service, insurance contacts, all the strata information. She never pressured me to buy until i was satisfied. I don't believe your could ever find anyone more knowledgeable, organized, helpful, able to handle difficult situations, always in contact, replies promptly, works out issues, has patience, and the nicest people you'd ever want work with, other than Sheri Aguilar and Rachael Swan.

From the moment I emailed a simple inquiry to Sheri and she responded with knowledge, detail, and professionalism, I knew I chose the right person.

We had a very complicated and difficult purchase which was constantly changing with sellers, the mortgage company, etc., but Sheri and Rachel were there promptly at every turn handling it for us and assuring us that they'd take care of it and it would work out.

Bottom line: They are amazing and if you want a group that knows what they're talking about and is with you every step of the way, DON'T go to anyone else!

They want you to make 3x the rent just to make sure you can pay but they don’t even pay they workers that much such a joke place that’s feeding on middle class

Use to be Grupe Property Services in Lodi, then GPS Property Management, and now they moved to Lockeford and call themselves Vintage Realty. They advertise rentals more than a month out of availability, collect dozens of application fees, which is a violation of the Department of Real Estate (DRE), and then cherry pick specific applicants after dragging you along for a month of waiting. The main issue is they have no backbone when dealing with owners who refuse to repair things, or follow the law.
