There has been a monumental decline in customer service since the team was switched out about 6 months ago. Extremely long wait times in both the drive thru services and inside; despite not having a lot of customers.

Focus is on the tellers side conversations instead of the client; even so much so that they will interrupt a transaction to ask random questions with a customer right in front of them.

Decisions will have to be made on my part to move both my personal and businesses affairs elsewhere.

The truth is, I had a very unpleasant experience and I didn't want anyone to spend it. I withdraw an amount of money and I'm short 150 to be exact and nobody did anything and they weren't responsible. The cashier is new and inexperienced and the manager said it was my fault for do not count the money inside but of the facilities but if they are large amounts it is supposed to be on these very bad service I do not recommend better choose another bank I have it for my husband but I do not change to well fargo this is a good bank👎 👎👎👎

I've been a customer of The Fauquier Bank for many years. I love the fact that they have free checking. Not many banks do. Their customer service is top notch. Fran one of the tellers there is great at her job. She knows me by name as soon as I walk in the door. Their smiles and friendly customer service makes me feel right at home. A bank like this treats you as a priority and not a number. Their service is superior.

Incredible. I'm sitting in the driveway for over 30 min because they force you to make an appointment to go into the lobby. Covid is over! Keeping people out of the lobby is extremely poor practice. Asking people to make appointments just to make a quick transaction is absurd and even more absurd is waiting in the drive through for 30 min. A lady in front of me is literally standing in the drive thru w no car freezing.

I loved this bank when it was TFB. Now that the VNB took over, it has allowed me to experience the worst customer service ever especially, over the phone. Do not waste your time opening a bank account here. I closed mine and am thankful to never have to deal with them again.

Don't waste your time banking with this branch Virginia national bank they are very rude and allow people to steal money from your account from over seas even know they know the websites were fake they laughed at me when I asked them to stop payment nthey refused and then they are now even turning off my bank account after I've been banking here for over 20 years this bank needs to be investigated for fraud and working with fraudulent websites over seas taking customer money this is the worst bank I've banked with all over USA I wish they never bought Fauquier credit union they use to make in house credit debit cards now got to wait up to 10 days please do yourself a favor leave this bank as fast as you can they are crooks don't find out the hard way better safe then sorry pncbank still makes in house debit cards they won't help u get your money back when people make fake websites and you buy stuff thinking it's a real business they only laugh when you need to get your money back and find the people behind the fake website it's a shame this place needs to be put out of business how they treating people who they get money from really sick banking and customer services are worst then being robbed by a fake website this is real poor banking service don't bank with these scam artists ev e n the managers are the reason front desk staffing are poorly trained and whole bank is in on scamming the customers out of money they are responsible of caring for but evidently they are the SC as Myers help fake websites steal money from the internet putting they own customers at risk for further future fraudulent activities bbb needs to shutdown this branch
