I started with the branch Fauquier bank in Bealeton over 10 years ago really enjoyed it then the change and the weekend closing of this new bank it's really been terrible and during the transition I encountered multiple issues that only got worse which has now made me change banks life is hard enough at times no one needs unnecessary drama or Problems 🤔

Been with this bank since it was Fauquier Bank. The transition wasn't smooth when VNB took over, but I've stuck with then. The staff is friendly but some of the banks policies aren't that great when they took over.

When you set up automatic payments through this bank, they do not pay them on time.m like they did when it was owned by TFB. They start to process the payment on the date your bill is due and it will not be received by the company for 3 to 5 business days! What is the point of automatic payments then? Now instead of having all of my bill pays set up through one website, the bank, I have to go to each individual credit card and set them up which does not make life easier. Also, their drive-through attendants are also very rude and accusatory. They seriously just told me the drive to door got stuck because I threw the bank bag in there. I told her I carefully placed it in there, which I did, and then she just shrugged. Sometimes stuff just happens but you don’t go accusing the customer of doing something wrong. I’ve put a bank bag through the drive-through window many times without it getting stuck

I am disappointed that this bank and all their bank branches do not have any cash deposit allowed for any time at any of their ATMs 😟 for God sakes TFB that you absorbed had that capability on all their ATMs and had limited branches. Please do something about it already. Thank you

Avoid this bank. VNB botched the buyout of my former bank and I should have switched banks then. Their policies are not customer friendly and often require needless steps. I can honestly say there is not one thing that improved from my prior bank and many things got worse. There are much better options out there both online and brick and mortar.

Went in to get a new bank card. Was told 7-10 days. After 30 days stilll no card. Had to call to request again. Maybe if the guy wasn't so ibterested in his cell he would have ordered it correctly.

HORRIBLE. They screwed up because of their antiquated 1970's computer systems yet I am the one that has to pay the price. And their customer service department did nothing but make excuses. I have not seen a bank this bad in decades.

Called and left two messages when inquiring about a potential land loan and could not a get a call back. Apparently they don’t need your money here. Farm Credit was highly responsive and worked out great, though.
