I got my first policy with them 7-8 years ago, full coverage that included rental insurance. A few years later added another car asked them to mirror the first policy which they did. FF to 2022 when I got yet another vehicle and asked them to MIRROR my other policy…well they didn’t.

I never looked at my policy trusting that I got what I asked for just like I did before. The only reason I even knew that I didn’t have rental is because in 8 years of never needing it I now needed it and didn’t have it. My truck has been in the shop almost 4 weeks, 4 weeks of being stuck at home and no way of making money due to not having my truck.

If you are looking for insurance in the NEA area I highly suggest giving Tina at Virginia Walls state farm in paragould a call. She goes above and beyond to help and accommodate when and however she can. From house claims to auto claims, or just to check in on your policy Tina is the one you want.
*BONUS* Mrs Walls herself answers her own phone, that speaks volumes to her character.
