Vivid Payments has been with us, a small business, through many, many ups and downs this past year, and Vinny especially goes above and beyond to help us. Between switching and setting up new Point of Sales, helping us find one that would truly work in our store and being here for each setup, he has been involved since day one (even when it wasn't his product) making sure everything is confidently up and running. If there is ever a flaw, we are able to connect with the support team quickly and get it resolved efficiently. We at Jugtown Country Store cannot say enough good things about Vivid, and Vinny and are extremely thankful they came on board. Great company, and even better employees, who truly care about their clients. We highly recommend doing business with them!

Vivid Payments have been taking care of our cc processing for a few years now and we've been so happy with them. Before Vivid, our restaurants switched to various processors in search of the best rates. They have saved us $$ on processing fees and have the best customer service. Their hands on approach with their clients make them stand out!

When signing up for Vivid we were shown a demo of all the great features the system has and told how quick and seamless the transition would be. Well turns out most of the features don’t work and the transition has been everything except for seamless. We spend hours on the phone everyday trying to solve issues and are constantly left having to figure out our own solutions to work around their limited functionality. The sales people over at Merchant Heroes who promised to be there for us through the transition have left us high and dry at this point. Would not recommend this system or Merchant Heroes to anybody.

Signing up with Vivid has been thee worst experience we have ever encountered as a restaurant. We are constantly running into issues with the software. When we contact support they do not offer any solutions for the problems we are having or know why they are happening. We have been struggling for 2 months with them trying to get the system up and running. I don’t recommend this software for any high volume restaurants. For 15 days we were receiving money from another restaurant that uses their software because they accidentally linked their credit card terminals to our bank account.
