Sold my house and Waco took care of the closing process. Up until the day of closing, everything was handled through email and there web portal. On closing day, we showed up at the appointment time, the young lady was ready, and in about 15 minutes we were done. The buyers signed their documents later that day in a different city and the money was wired to my bank the following day. Easy and excellent. I would definitely use Waco Title again.

We are selling our home from out of state. First it was set for thursday to be closed. Then the sellers were allowed to close on the next day, despite us expressing our tight schedule on thursday. We came into town on friday to handle our affairs. However they allegedly signed late in the afternoon. Which could be a reason we dont recieve funds potentially in time. However we recieved no notification that anything is signed nor do we know how we will be paid. There has been no communication and it is saturday. We wasted a trip into town from texas for this. I am very displeased with the communication, transparency, and execution of their services.

I dont know if this is the norm here in arkansas but its not what ive experienced elsewhere. And i would not recommend this service to anyone selling a home in the river valley as they do not respect you or your time.
