I was referred to this bank by a few people whom I hold in very high regard. I can honestly say that this is by far one of the best experiences I've had with a bank. The staff were very professional and friendly, and I felt more than welcomed. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. Travis Duran and his staff run a great branch office. Customer focused, friendly and willing to put in the extra effort.
They helped us navigate a difficult 14 month $500k reconstruction process. Worked as a key partner to protect us from unscrupulous contractors, coordinated with our insurance company to manage project cash flow and provided sound guidance and direct involvement to obtain necessary legal releases to protect our interests.

I would give a zero for bank teller Denzelle Holguin at the campbel branch, in Tucson AZ. I opened a new account and I had explained to her I would need the funds right away. I told her 3 times. I could of walked out of that bank and dealt with a more professionally mature
skilled teller instead ! The house I wanted sold over the weekend because she put a hold on my funds that I needed for my escrow account. ( In other words she thought CHASE WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR CASHIER'S CHECK. ) I LOST THE HOUSE BECAUSE SHE IS A LIAR. NEVER TOLD ME WHAT SHE WAS DOING. SHE IS A CONTROLLING LIAR.

The staff is very friendly. People post that all of the time. But compared to every bank I have been to this staff is the most genuine. I have never had any issues. Or any lengthy amount of waiting. I think the most I ever waited was a few minutes. I go out of my way to go to the Ft.Lowell location. They really are the best.
