WCC came out quickly and were very efficient. Brian was thorough in getting things set up and explained the process in detail. The whole team was personable and great to work with. The funny part is I hope I never see them again in their professional capacity, but if something happens in my home I will definitely be reaching out to WCC!

In January I am on a cruise ship in the Pacific and my neighbor calls me late at night to tell I have a pipe burst in our house, am flooding the street and making it an Ice Rink. They got the water turned off, and I called WCC early next morning, they sent the Calvary asap. A contractor friend of mine called and told me WCC had at least 30 fans/heaters roaring in the house and a team busy in my house in under two hours of my initial call. The damage to the house and contents was significant but would have been MUCH MUCH more without this quick full force effort.

Through the battle with water damage, a complicated Insurance claim, Inspections, etc. Brian was there each step of the process and treated this job like it was his OWN house. Cannot say enough about his care through the whole job as we were never left hanging or unattended through the ordeal.

I Highly recommend WCC on any water damage job.

We woke up to our hot water heater flooding our basement utility room and it got into the carpets of our basement living room! I panicked!! I called WCC Restoration at 7:15am to see if they were available and they were at my house by 8:00am setting up equipment and extracting the water to mitigate the issue! They have been incredibly helpful and polite through the whole process and is dealing with the insurance company for me. I highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs!

We had a terrible water leak that caused mold to grow in the wall above the leak. WCC Restoration of Casper came in and removed the nasty water damaged walls and totally cleaned up the damaged areas so restoration could be safely completed. Wonderful team and would recommend to others.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Fire crew , WCC Restoration and the manager for Market Square, Cassie. They're tired but working incredibly hard. As most of you know Market Square had a fire inside one of the Suites last night. Please keep your thoughts and prayers for a fast recovery for ScreenCycle and Himalayan Indian Cuisine.

I'm grateful that I've used WCC before in my home. Due to issue's in my home from a company that caused water damage in my basement , that ended in a a far bigger issue then I thought. WCC was right there for me. They showed up the day I called and made sure my home was taken care of. A relationship and trust was created with this company.
Last night Brian with WWC called me asking if my store was alright. Brian met me at my store last night to assess any damages to the store. When I showed up he was already taking care of Market Square not just my store. WCC's team worked all night and was back this morning. They're truly amazing! I highly recommend Brian and his team.

WCC Restoration is the most amazing company ever! Specifically Bryan is hands down the most caring and thoughtful person I’ve had the pleasure to know. Our insurance shorted us on our payment for mitigation so we ended up paying the difference out of pocket to settle the bill. Bryan wasn’t ok with that and continued to try and contact our insurance for over two weeks AFTER the bill was paid to get us our money back and it paid off! We got our money back and more than we expected all because of his persistence! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Bryan! We couldn’t have done it without you!

If I could could give more stars, I would! I am so appreciative of the hard work that Bryan and Ron did at our home! Bryan is extremely knowledgeable, and undoubtedly trustworthy!
