Very hard to get ahold of someone. No responses in calls, texts or emails. Maintenance requests aren't being resolved.

WCJ offers high quality work and always puts the customer first. The last time we used them, we had a rush job and they worked well into the evening to get it done. I've never seen a crew work so hard with such great results. Highly recommended.

We own a condo where the HOA is managed by this group. I have reached out to them over 20 times in the last 6 months with only a couple of responses. When we purchased in March we were told that certain repairs would be made in a timely fashion. We have gone above and beyond - soliciting 2 bids for the property management company since they couldn't find anyone to provide a bid. Cindi does not respond to emails or voicemails and does not pick up the phone. The only way I have been in contact is by calling from a friend's phone or physically showing up to the office.
