I worked with Derek Krupp to write a Whole Life Insurance policy. I wasn't sure the difference between Whole & Term, yet Derek explained the pros and cons of each, looking out for my best interest.
He quoted me with Erie, a carrier I am familiar with and has great rates. The process was easy and Derek helped walk me through it. He answered all my questions and presented a lot of different options.
As someone not too familiar with Life insurance, I was grateful for his time and easy going nature. I will certainly send my friends and family here for both personal and business insurance!

I don't have experience with this agency as I'm an agent in Nebraska. However, a check for one of our insureds was mailed to their office (still a mystery how that happened) but I was able to track it down, called and spoke with Gisselle. She was on top of it! Super accommodating, very friendly and is mailing the check to my agency today. Far too often I run into working with other agents and they just aren't super friendly. They can be hard to work with but she was just amazing! I appreciate her help!
