Came in to open a checking account/direct deposite to be exact and the Asian guy gave me the run around .that I would have to make a appointment …and how they are short staff…and he would have to go ask his manager about this matter ..and did my company gave a void check like I haven’t had a account before …seems kinda poor judging or lazy worker or maybe races ..but I walked out and told him I’ll take my buisness some where else..

I’m very upset about a fee that should have been reversed. Over draft fee shouldn’t be waived money is hard to come by and every dollar counts it’s people out here with no jobs. These big companies need to be more for the people and show that they care and it’s not all about money. Due better
