I went in to cash a check from my place of employment, who banks with Wells Fargo also , so the check is from this bank and I have an account the lady was very rude from the very beginning. She told me that because my check was post dated for Friday they couldn’t cash it (that’s fine) so I tell them to just put it into my account the lady gets louder and tells me that they can’t do ANYTHING with it unti Friday or after. I will be closing my account here the ladies who work there are always rude and as unhelpful as possible!

I called this morning to talk to my son's banker since we have Wells Fargo too. I was going to talk to her about home loans since we're getting ready to buy. She assumed I was calling about my son so she didn't bother to call me back and she told my son that I tried calling her and she couldn't give me any information on him. Good thing I didn't want any. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2008. I will be going to USAA for this loan since we are retired military.
