This has been a horrible experience trying to apply for the apartment.
the lack of professionalism of the company and also of Aliyah, it has been impossible to communicate with her, she never takes your calls or responds to the messages or emails, it has been a nightmare and if I would recommend you not even apply for this, these company has a lot of improvements and changes you make. the only thing they do is play with you, waste your time and effort
I would put 0 stars if I could.

BEWARE when applying to one of these units -- they'll take your application fee and run, leaving you in the dark. I would put zero stars if I could!

This company has to be one of the more unprofessional and rude property management companies in the city. When I applied for a unit, there was little to no communication, several ignored phone calls, and a general disregard when it came to informing a potential tenant of what they would be signing. I was approved and willing to sign and start paying rent ASAP, but I guess WCPM didn't want my money.
They requested my partner obtain 2 co-signers for a one-bedroom unit, and at least one of the co-signers would need to make FIVE times the rent per month to even be considered. When asked for more details, they completely ignored us via email and by phone, even though we would've been happy to oblige if there was a proper stream of communication.
On top of this, there was no professionalism when it came to communicating the fact that the unit had been rented -- I had to call FOUR times in order to get an answer from the Property Managers.

Absolutely awful. As others said they are liars and have shady practices. They take long time to respond to repairs, send obnoxious or cheap or inferior quality repairman to save their clients(property owner) some dough; repairs are not done, they even lie to agencies such as building inspection saying repairs are done when they aren’t. Do not ever rent from them. Your life will become miserable and you will be traumatized and go into depression. They are super horrible.

This Mgmt company is full of weasels and liars. I lived in a penthouse on Nob Hill for 5-6 years. A friend was house sitting and called me as I returned from a camping trip saying that they’d just served eviction notice. These wretched people claimed I hadn’t been paying rent for months (they stopped depositing my rent checks) and that I simply ignored multiple snail mail notices they’d sent and then the whopper - they said they’d posted notice ON MY DOOR. No. Lies! Like I wouldn’t react to a big EVICTION notice stuck on my front door..They wanted me out so they could update and rent it for twice my amount. Went to court and although they ended up cutting me a nice check and eating a few months rent, they still got me out and I still bristle at this. These people are vilest of the vile. Rotten to the core. Stay FAR away if you possibly can.

Been living here for about 5 months and it’s been great. I’ve lived in 9 other places across San Francisco and this place has the best maintenance out of any of them. I have friends that can’t get their landlord to fix hazardous things like water leaks from the roof into light fixtures and our landlord promptly fixed our squeaky floors when we filed a report. Also their studio apartments on 460 s van ness have tons of storage including a big walk in closet.

Great experience living at 2950 Fulton and dealing with Melissa Caudill. An easy application process, prompt responses to all maintenance requests, and a fair move out process without any dings on the deposit. Thank you, Melissa and WCPM!

Avoid, do not use. Age discrimination. Do not use this service. Ada Song refused my parents who are home owners from Colorado, who are wonderful people and who spoke with, showed them tax returns, everything financially perfect and able. They were wanting to move and be close to me in the city- absolutely perfect responsible options as renters. Age discrimination- legal complaint being filed and more going forward.

I lived in my place for 11 years and took exceptional care as it was my home! Never once did the team there make me feel like a partner. The folks there are curmudgeons and just plain mean. Out of touch and rude. You’ll never be seen as anything more than a rent check even after 10 years.
