WPPM is hands down the best property manager I've ever hired, and I have been a very happy customer for the past five years. They are knowledgeable, responsible, and detail-oriented so I know our valuable investments are in good hands. West Point Property Management has been taking care of my rental in Huntington Beach starting in 2924. I had successfully managed my own properties for years, but lately it seems that tenants are getting flakier and flakier. West Point not only found me excellent tenants but also is doing a stellar job of keeping my townhome in excellent repair as well. The cost is nominal, and they are prompt at addressing my concerns, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their people are the best.
