Amazing agent, support, committees, and education offerings

Frauds. They purposely place ultra strict timelines and penalties on listings, for the sole purpose of causing MLS members to default and then WSGVA charges penalties and fines. With so many listings we are constantly harassed for $100 fines, and then these criminals actually charge us extra for assistants and others using our accounts on our behalf. WSGVA is evidence that in hard times when you cannot make money, steal from those closest to you. I am switching services and encourage you to do the same. Our annual fees for service with these losers has gone well into the thousands!!!

Theres inclusiveness that I don't get from another Realtor's Association. I am an afflilate. This organization is well-run. It often has 80 to 100 realtors attending their weekly meetings at 8:30 a.m. Imagine that! There are many programs that affiliates get to participate to promote or the service the organization. It's been a learning experience for me. Currently we have a fair minded and capable chairman residing and the upcoming chair will also be as capable. Congratulations to a job well-done, WSGVAR!

I know what you mean! I used these fools in the past. They thrive on jacking their own subscribers for fees, any way they can. If you are an agent or broker steer clear. There are plenty of other associations that don't cannibalize their own members for money, just to fund their own lifestyles. Losers.
