I moved to Flagstaff a year ago. It was a process in which you would expect to have some type of hang up at some point. Shelly is THE MOST amazing person that I have EVER worked with! She made moving a enjoyable experience. She helped me every step of the way, she was genuinely excited for me, and helped me transition into a new home. Western Vistas Property Management is amazing, in my opinion, this is because of Shelly! I cannot express enough, if your looking for a home, if you need a place to go, especially right now, go to Western Vistas or give them a call and ask for Shelly. You will have a home soon.

Communication is poorly lacking. I have been trying to get an answer via emails and phone calls on the end-of-the-lease situation for at least a couple months. Management is MIA.

I cannot say enough great things about Shelly! Her communication was always on point both from the tenants to us as well as from us to her. She had our unit rented before the renovations were even complete and we didn’t miss a month of rent with her! I strongly recommend western vistas and Shelly for all your property needs!

To anyone who might be looking at a property ran by Western Vistas, keep looking! Do not rent from them. I lived in a rental property for two years under Western Vistas and I don’t have a single good thing to say about them. Their communication is untimely and unprofessional. They wait weeks to respond in regards to any concerns you might have, urgent as they may be. They took an excessive amount out of our security deposit for existing issues in the house that were present before we moved in. They charged us for an extra week and a half of rent because they didn’t respond to our 30 day notice and then claimed we have to pay for 30 days after that point. Just be aware that they do not care about you, their communication is awful, and they will try to nickel and dime you for anything and everything they possibly can. Greedy and selfish company, do not recommend.

I have been using property management services for a residence that I own in Flagstaff for the last 4 years. Since Western Vistas Property Management took over my property, I have seen a lot of improvements. The great service has been in large part due to Shelly, one of their managers. She has made the property management process very easy for me and I am fortunate that she is part of their staff.
