To start when installed had over 15 technicians over in the span of 3 weeks lost connection every weekend didn’t get fixed until 3 months in when you call and make an arrangement and they say they put it in the system make sure that they do had to repeat over and over the issues the drove in my yard while it was wet leaving tire trench. Very unprofessional I asked for the supervisor to come and do the installation because none of the technician were doing it correctly when through 4 modems in 2 week period the supervisor never shower up need better customer service. Wish there was another company in my area.

Tech who installed the equipment did not finish setting up modem and router. Outages occur dozens of times a day and last up to hours at this point. Good luck getting any help from anyone, they will just try to run you in circles. It has been months and our cable has still not been buried.

Mrs Tammy from the (Searcy) location is one of the best. She has helped me twice now not only did she help me twice but one time I was late for a bill and she managed to help me out on that and they discounted me because I am always on time. Miss Tammy was exceptional! So pleased, I just needed a new modem and she also let me know I could upgrade my internet speed for only .05 a month!!!

This is how they run their cables and on the other side of the park they have about 20 cables ran through the woods and can’t get them off there butts to do something about it and already had a child get hurt riding there bicycle. I told everyone they can start calling or file a lawsuit over the child getting hurt.

Terrible terrible terrible. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone. Internet and speeds are great, when they actually work. It seems we can’t go a single month without an outage. That may last 5 minutes may last 24 hours, but you won’t know because they have no kind of notification system or customer call back for your convenience. Not to mention they can have an effect on your livelihood, to where you can’t work because of an outage. But if you ask for a little credit bc you’re paying for services and not getting the service you paid for and losing money because you can’t work all in the same breath.. but they don’t care. Just a Waste of money.

Zero stars. The worst WiFi experience I’ve had. I’ve had to use this WiFi for years now and finally got to switch. Outage at least once a day and I’m not one to use it very much but always ran out at the end of the month. Not worth the price at all
