Horrible property management! I live in a complex right next one they manage and this is horrible. They've have a pile of garbage aka furniture in front of their property for over a month now. I contacted them and spoke to Nicole and she wants evidence? Ummm it’s been on your property and your tenants that moved out placed it there with a freee sign? I don't think myself and other neighbors would complain if it wasn't yours? I can’t believe how irresponsible and immature they are being and they need to take care of their property and keep it clean. The building just got a paint job after many years looking like poop. I could only imagine how they would be if you lived in that complex. As far as right now, the local neighbors and I are getting the city of Belmont to get this removed. How sad of a property company. I would not rent from them! I would advise anyone seeking a new apartment to NOT rent any building or home with this unprofessional management.

Whitley Property Management was fantastic to us.
Nicole and Greg were both very helpful in the lease signing process and being open and transparent as we looked around the property.
They've both been very helpful and prompt in addressing maintenance concerns.
Rent is affordable, and the place was very clean when we moved in as well.

Absolutely horrible company! I feel sorry for anyone who has them as their landlords. They do not care to fix anything that needs to be fixed and they raise the rent so much that their greed shows. They have no heart and do not care about their renters at all.

The properties this company's in charge of have on-going rodent/pest infestation issues they don't care to address. Avoid this company as they're in violation of local health codes.
