worst management company. I am a current resident at Aventon Huntington and have had nothing but problems. Cannot get a call back from the regional manager Lisa and have tried to call the VP michelle and the line just disconnects when transferred. If you have issues and they are the management company good luck getting any grievances heard

They use a weird AI service to set up apartment viewings that does a good job of telling you you have an appointment via email but does a less good job actually setting up an appointment with one of their leasing agents. When I went to view a unit at one of their properties, no leasing agent was there and none of the instructions where to meet the agent or how to contact them made sense for the property.

This is a review of Propect Hall Apartments in Frederick MD. They used to manage this property. The model unit is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like this would be a great place to live. The staff are nice to you and inviting. In my opinion, once you sign that lease.....everything changes. Don't even bother trying to reach out to the regional manager Christine Bolster.This property is far from being "luxury apartments". Here are just a few details from my prospective. There is major parking shortages near at least half the buildings. If you come home late,prepare to walk. The mandatory trash service sounds nice but people leave their trash out on the wrong days and leave the cans outside constantly. I have seen foxes and raccoons in the buildings going to the trashcans left outside. The ground floor breeze way are stained from the trash. The dumpsters are usually overflowing. Large peices of debris and waste next to the dumpsters for weeks at a time. The "hard wood floors" seem nice at first. They have no insulation value at all. To the temperature or sound. Major problems with insects. Mainly due the drainage problems. I'm all for pets, but the grounds have dead spots all over in the grass from people's dogs peeing and lack of picking up after them. Due to.the fact that I'm worried about being sued or kicked out of my apartment I won't "speak" about the rudeness of the staff. My advice look at the models, wait a few days or a week and come back and look at them again, take the time to drive through at different times of the day. Maybe even walk through the building and around the property. Then make your choice about moving here.

I'm a current resident of their property, Ashford Meadows, in Herndon, VA. After raising some issues their staff refused to solve, the management at the corporate office outright refused to so much as respond to me to resolve any of the issues.
