This establishment is why many people hide their money under their mattress instead of putting in a bank. I had an account that was set up for me when I was a child, with 60 dollars of savings in it. I opened my mail today, and I was charged "inactivity fees" that amounted to 30 dollars. I called the number, and they told me that it was my fault for not keeping an eye on my account, and that I should have been checking it. Checking for what? To see if they were stealing my money? I was never informed of an inactivity fee, as it appears to be a new policy. I did not know about this policy until my account was left with 20 something dollars. The woman on the phone told me she would call me back (never did) and so I called again. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, she told me that she was unable to refund my stolen money, but could mail me a check with my remaining 20 dollars and some change. Thanks alot! She told me her supervisor (who never even bother to speak to me personally) would agree to oh so graciously give me back 15 of the 30 dollars taken out of my account. People are supposed to be able to trust a credit union with their money, and not have to periodically check to see if their money is going missing. How can people teach their kids to save money when half of it ends up being taken away? I'm so incredibly disappointed. I called everyone I know who uses this bank, and warned them to check their balance... low and behold, money is missing everywhere with no explanation. I would feel better keeping my life savings in an unlocked box on my front porch than with this credit union. Do NOT give these people access to your finances! You will end up with half your account missing.

I was on vacation out of state and lost one of my credit cards. I called the bank because my card was found and was charged $455.00 and pinged my checking account 3 times and incurred NSF fees. The manager Kurt is by far the most unprofessional Manager in any business I’ve ever dealt with. He treated me like I was some piece of garbage. I simply asked him to stop further ACH attempts with that card out of my checking account. He said to me “This is not our problem” Well I called his boss and it was taken care of. Chris was very professional and helped me greatly. I was refunded the NSF fees and flagged that card from ever attempting to hit my account in the future. This is the exact thing I asked Kurt to do but his Egotistical Attitude had to disrespect me as s member. I’ve only been banking at this place for a few months but my experience with Kurt in Neenah was absolutely terrible. My brother and mother also bank here and let’s just say we are now looking for a new place to do our banking because of this. He made me feel like my bank didn’t have my back and will lose my business because of it.

I’ve been waiting on a refund and have been getting told since last week different dates and those dates have not been accurate and were up to today which was the day “we were supposed to get the refund” the initial date and the only person who can check that is gone just like the past times. This is a very unprofessional credit union for the times I’ve come in and Bob is actually here he talks to us in the lobby.

Tena is the biggest diamond in the world. May she never leave! I dont know what i would do! I don't love their partnership with Shazam, though. I was scammed for about $3000 over 2 and a half weeks ago, and still haven't had any resolution and am still negative in my account and can't pay my bills as I rely on my debit card to do so. Tena has been awesome trying to help me, but since the credit union itself doesn't deal with the fraudulent claims, there's not much they can do. I have called shazam several times in tears looking for help, with no success. I would highly recommend they terminate their partnership since there are several huge issues with Shazam across america. 5 stars for Tena, but my experience as of late has been life altering in a bad way. If this is the best fraud protection, I may have to leave

Terrible banking experience. We have banked here for many years and the past six months have been terrible! My husband deposits his work checks and they seem to put it in my son's account or another account other than the one he provides them the number for! Service is not stellar and they lie to cover their own butts. Do not recommend! If I could give less than one star I would. In the process of switching to another credit union.

Great experience working with Kathy on my mortgage. She was very knowledgeable and made what could have been a stressful experience a breeze. She did a great job communicating with me and multiple title companies, realtors, and insurance companies so that everything was ready to go come closing time.
