I never write bad reviews because everyone deserves a 2nd chance BUT, I have never been treated so horrible by any medical or dental provider as I was with Dr. Ridenour. I ended up with a nasty infection with my extracted tooth/bone graft. He was extremely condescending and rude. He kept telling me "oh come on, the pain isn't that bad" among many other insults. I had to go to the ER to get antibiotics. Take my advice do NOT go there.

The employees were nice and helpful. Dr. Ridenour was super helpful with my situation and gave me a lot of insights regarding my wisdom teeth.

The ladies at the front desk were super nice and efficient. Lisa from billing/insurance was quick and when we had a little hiccup, she told me how to fix it and it was done with one phone call. Now on to Dr. Mcfarlen, he explained the entire procedure and even had a hand signal in case the procedure got uncomfortable. Well, he was so efficient the whole procedure took less than 10 minutes to get 2 wisdom teeth and an eye tooth extracted. No pain or discomfort at all. If I ever need to have a tooth removed, I am coming here. Thank you so much for all of your care and quick appointments.

Dr. Ridenour and his staff did a wonderful job removing my wisdom teeth. They were able to keep me calm and were efficient and professional during the whole process. They were also able to schedule me in quickly which is so appreciative when you're in a lot of pain. Thank you!

I have an horrible phobia of dentist and it stems from not one but a few terrible experiences and the last one was the worst and without getting into too many details, I will say it ended with me going into shock and ending up being taken via ambulance because of the pain from one tooth extraction. I'm no newbie when it comes to those, I'm down to 3 left on top and 6 teeth left on bottom. I am getting dentures but due to being on blood thinners it's one at a time. Well I went here cause a bottom tooth busted and I was in excruciating pain for days before I went in and they got me in within 2 days. The experience was so life changing and I will never go anywhere else for the rest of my extraction. I didn't even feel the needle go in for numbing, he did it so gently and he was so nice and calming.... And in less then 5 min both teeth were out and these teeth were broken to the gums and awful shape but he had such an amazing touch.... it's not feeling great, I mean I had infection and broken teeth but it's tolerable with tramadol and if I could take ibuprofen I am sure I would be fine with that. Thank you so much for being so caring and wonderful and that's the whole staff included ♥️

Managed to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday for a wisdom tooth that had gotten badly infected when no where else would. Super friendly staff and the surgeon was very nice. I generally have major anxiety when I go to the dentist but he helped me feel comfortable and made the visit as comfortable and painless as possible. My second time here, and while I hope I never have to see them again (because if I do it means there's a problem 😀 ), if i need an oral surgeon I would definetly go back!

Friendly, polite, and welcoming. Nice atmosphere. I don't think anyone is terribly excited to have to visit an oral surgeon, but if you do, i highly recommend doctor Ridenour and his staff!
