Hello Wiregrass Insurance Company. I just want to let your company know how I'm so happy and at peace with the professionalism of your company. I have been with Mrs Marla for awhile now. She have always been there for me, and does an outstanding job. If I ever needed anything or needed proof of insurance for my vehicle she is only a phone call away. Every time I call her she would answer the phone and if she was on the phone with another client she would tell me that she was on the phone with another client and she would call me back. I would get a call back with in 10 minutes. I can remember a few years back when my payment got lost in the mail. Mrs Marla went over and beyond to help me out with that situation. She called me every day to give me an update or to let me know the status on the lost payment. I was stressing out and one day she called me with good news, she also had another agent/ a representative from Progressive to let me know that all my late fees were dropped due to the date on my payment and my policy was active. I don't have anything but praise for Mrs Marla, she is more than my agent, I consider her as a close friend, someone who is concern about my needs when it come to my commercial insurance policy.
