Borrower beware! This is hands down the worst bank to ever do business with. I urge all investors and or anyone obtaining a loan from to Stay away! Once Wisconsin River Bank funds you they will invade your personal & business privacy along with interfering how you use the funds throughout the duration of the loan regardless if you have never missed a payment. If you do not comply with their demands they will threaten you with a rate escalation letter. Trust me this has happened to me twice in 2 years. I have not missed a single payment and get harassed constantly by them demanding I show where I have used the funds, show my taxes, and show financial statements. This last threat included a loan termination letter as well. What a joke this bank is. I could understand if I missed a payment but my payments are on auto-pay every month and never missed one! Anyone who wants proof of this very real experience, feel free to reach out to me directly. I will gladly provide you email correspondence and letters that expose their shady business practices.
