Horrible experience. Paid $10,000 down. toby was very helpful originally, however, The insurance company refused to acknowledge or listed storage address which Toby put down on our paperwork.
That $10,000 was eaten up in two months due to the change of address by the insurance company. I basically paid $12,000 for two months of insurance. When I contacted Toby he said there’s nothing he could do.

We started our removal service last year, 86junkremovalNW LLC, I was Introduced to Toby through a mutual friend who was already using Toby. I was hesitant due to the overall cost of commercial insurance, but after watching Toby, Wisdom Ins, and Garrett from AroundTown Junk Removal down in Arizona, do a very informational interview I learned that the cost of insurance was inexpensive compared to the cost of not being covered and being covered correctly. Toby and his team walked me through the steps and details of my policy and were so patient in helping me to understand my policy. Farrah helped me to save a bit of money by making some very good suggestions as to the components of my insurance and I can wait on until I needed it. Horrible experience….never received a call back based on general liability or professional liability or workers comp insurance. I’ve waiting a month for a response with over 7 calls to my insurance agent who promised me great results based on my sed company…what a terrible way to waist time and energy and give false hope!
