I have been a tenant at my current residence for 10 yrs.
Wisdom Property Mgmnt started collecting rent for the owners in 2018.

I can tell you personally they have been good to me. They have worked with me when they didnt have too. I especially appreciate that if something needs to be fixed or repaired it is done in a timely matter. Many times the same day i ask.

Wisdom Property Mgmnt has been part of the community for 30+ yrs. So next time you or someone you knows needs a house or apt. to rent I suggest you contact them first.

We work together fine with the office staff to come to an agreement if something comes up that needs to be discussed or worked out. We encourage others who want their rentals managed to call and sign up with this company. They are professional and work closely with you when needed. We haven't had any problems with them.
