Hi Casey,

I wanted to let you know that a few days ago I received the last check for the sale of my house, just as was written in the paperwork, PLUS interest!

I'm an older gal that worked so dang hard all her life to make a home for her family. I even bought my own home many years ago. Of course being single made it difficult to keep up with repairs on my home, but I did what I could, when I could. The term house poor comes to mind. After 21 wonderful years I decided to sell, but who was going to buy my well loved house? It needed so much in the way of repairs, all of which were too expensive and I couldn't do any of them. I was getting ready to retire but my nest egg was cracked.
Casey Gregersen and Wyohouses came to my rescue and I've never looked back. I contacted Casey because of a flyer I saw. He called me and we spent much time on the phone, messaging and emailing. Casey genuinely cared and worked hard to get a nice price for my home. He also was willing to "buy as is" which was the only way I could sell my house. I was so worried and stressed about this process. But Casey made it possible for my house to be sold in such a short time without a bunch of people trapsing in and out. Casey wanted to give me a fair price for my home and to do that I sold it contract for deed. A lump sum payment at the beginning and a lump sum payment at the end of the contract, with interest. I just received this payment, right on the time agreed. I know the process is scary and there are a lot of crooked people out there waiting to take advantage of you but Casey Gregersen isn't one of them. Thank you, Casey.

There are a lot of shady people in the business, especially the last few years with an increase in real estate investing. Casey is one of the good ones. I've been helping him with transactions for a couple years now and know he is the real deal. Yes, his company buys property below market to ensure there's room to earn a profit.
