There is no doubt in my mind that this place saved my daughters life. Sure, they could use more staff and funding, but it's not their fault they don't have it. Thank you, WBI and Pathways, for what you did for our family.

One star is extremely generous. I am disgusted by the interactions with this "institution". I was hung up on in the middle of a phone call with my daughter by Lorry for correcting the lie she was telling my daughter . Lorry has since ignored my (2) messages. Please find a respectable place to send your child(ren)...this is not it. Even now, scrolling through the Facebook page it looks like the staff is miserable, no wonder they removed the option to leave reviews. I can't imagine how much it will cost to fix the damage this place is causing my daughter.

Overall lack of interest in actual well being of child, therapist and nurse practitioner were helpful and friendly for the 10 min of interaction with them. Psychologist was demeaning, acted as a bully and tried to utilize threats to institute their preferred treatment methods while blatantly dismissing concerns regarding time spent with child and side effects of said treatments. Would not recommend—Colorado probably has a better option than WBI

Communication was absolutely appalling if I wanted to know anything about my daughter I had to be persistent and call everyday they do not have the capability to take care of a type 1 diabetic had her so high constantly with her blood sugar that could have killed her and made her sick because of it and then told me multiple lies they can’t keep anything straight it’s very ridiculous to send someone to get help and then shown they should not be in charge of taking care of people at all they just want to pump people full of drugs to keep them calm and submissive so they don’t know what they are saying or doing my daughter doesn’t remember was she has said to people on the phone or even in person in therapy and the things she has remembered is so crazy and scary. I do not recommend sending anyone there ever there is a reason for the 1.9 star rating

To call and be chastised at the time of call is not okay I know the time was trying to leave a message as the caregiver to reassure someone of a home to get back to . Didn't never go here just now called as said as a caregiver of a person 6 years they do not care. Attitude was not nessicary I am not a patient just a concerned person and as they pointed out the time ofy call they are available 24/7 and I sleep days How dare the judgment of them

The professional nursing staff & MHW’s were absolutely fantastic, they were all so very kind & caring! I was there over Christmas & many of the Nurses took time away from their own families to come in & make our holiday better! Ms.Cynthia RN did so much for us on Christmas, she is an amazing human being & one hell of a psych nurse! We all learned so much from her! I will be forever grateful to her! Dr.M, was phenomenal he listened to my input & questions, and adjusted my meds accordingly! He truly saved my life this time! The facility is clean, and smells good! The OT groups were my favorite, they covered many topics & were 2 times a day! Our instructor Ms.Ashley is phenomenal at her job & absolutely one of my favorite people up there! If you’re having mental issues or addiction problems I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WBI!

Staff was ok. Some were very nice and helpful. Some seemed to care less. Water under floating floor in bathroom and black mold around toilet and under floor it appears and also black mold in shower aprnd the floor where caulking is. Food was mostly terrible. Had 2-3 meals that were pretty decent the rest was below mediocre. Phone situation was terrible.
