I am going on my second year renting from Yahara Property Management and I emphasize my second year. Signing a new lease was a no brainer. Laurie is wonderful! Although it is rare that I need maintenance because the home is fantastic, when I do, she and Don take care of it asap. Very responsive!! I will receive a reply to maintenance requests or emails to Laurie within minutes, minutes not hours, not days as some have mentioned. I am always provided ample notice when Don or Terri come out when (again very rare) something needs to be repaired or replaced. Top notch property management company, Laurie and her team are fantastic.

As an owner, my experience with Yahara has been excellent. Financials are all maintained online making document retrieval a cinch. More importantly, Laurie has been very responsive when I have had requests, and has diligently worked to keep the property I've worked on for years running efficiently. I appreciate her and her staff's hard work.

Awesome Property Management Company !
Laurie and her staff are very attentive and caring. They always follow up immediately with any issues, keep you informed during the process, and put their tenants needs and wants first during the resolution. I would highly recommend anyone needing a rental property to call them first.

I have now live at one of the apartments ran by Yahara Property s for going on a year. And I have never been treated so good. They are fast about repair. And they understand that we don't live in a perfect word and are vary willing to help out when you need them.I would recommend them to Any one looking for housing and a safe place to raise your family

Just a poor management company. The manager lies and makes broken promises. One time I had a leak in the ceiling. It was leaking on to my daughters bed. It took wks to get that fixed and it was only "fixed" for a few months and the leaking continued. Countless times we were promised upgrades on the apartment and it never happened. They did paint but not in one day it took several times of the painter's coming back. The painters would paint half a room and then stop because they didnt get paid to do anymore. And then when it was done they need to com back for touch ups and that never happened. I would strongly suggest not ever renting from this joke of a company. I had also written a bad review when I was living at the property and she bullied and threatened us to take the review down.

WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with any apartment I've lived in. Discovered bed bugs the day after moving as I was cleaning before I unpacked & settled in. Never got the chance to do so because I had to keep my belongings packed and move them out to prevent them from being infested. I informed Laurie of the matter immediately and in the beginning she said "We will resolve this issue for you". Then her attitude towards handling the issue that she knows existed before I moved in changed drastically. All in the same email she denied pest control found any signs of bugs, but also said "The Pest Control guy went through the entire unit. He said the larger bug was older and had been dead for a long time and the smaller ones were too young to cause harm." Very contradictory! Never once did she herself come by to see the problem. Court said she had to have the ENTIRE building treated and that wasn't done either. She only had them treat my unit & they still existed afterwards and she refused to seek alternative EFFECTIVE treatment. Then tried to charge me for the costs she had to pay for pest control services. Never again!!!

Laurie at Yahara Property Management is Awesome ! She is professional and always gets back to you in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking to rent an apartment.
