Front desk is always very welcoming. Dr. Young himself is always thorough and explains multiple options. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling all five of my kids at one time. We appreciate their understanding when we turn procedures down and it is a very clean and welcoming environment. I started bringing my kids to him as young as four months old, with only a couple tiny teeth. My kids are always thrilled to go to the dentist.

Dr. Young and the staff at Young Smiles have been an answer to prayer! They are so fabulous! Dr. Young has the best bedside manner. He is kind & knowledgeable. I know my child is in good hands at Young Smiles. We are so grateful that we were referred to them.

I have been bringing my kids to Dr Young since they were both 3 years old. Dr Young is very patient and passionate a out his job. He makes my kids feel so comfortable with teeth cleaning and any work that needs to be done. It has made my daughter interested in working dentistry!

My daughter saw Dr Young after a bad experience with previous dentist. The Dr made her feel comfortable. The entire visit, from check in to check out, showed that he and his entire staff cared about her overall well being. They kept me informed the whole time as to what they were doing and how she was doing. The only regret that I have is not having found Young Smiles, Dr Young, and the entire staff sooner. They are all so amazing!!

If I could provide zero stars, I would. Dr. Young was very unprofessional. Refused care to my child. We drove an hour and forty five minutes to go to the appointment. From the moment he walked into the room to the second he turned us away. My child needed care, and he could not even be a professional and provide care to a child that needs it. He should be ashamed of himself.

For this office to be recommended in the military community I was very surprised at the interaction I had. The front office staff was clearly not on the same page. The dental technician was very sweet and explained everything thoroughly. First, I was scolded by the office manager for taking my son to the restroom as I was instructed by the technician. Then, I was accused of being upset after the Dr sent a young man, who I later found out was his son, to attempt to explain options to me. In my opinion, he should not be interacting with parents. He was stuttering & what he was explaining was very confusing. As a parent, I naturally had questions. I can only assume by the way Dr. Young approached me that his son went back and relayed to him that I was upset. Dr. Young handled the situation completely unprofessional. He immediately approached me in defense as if I was wrong. I let Dr. Young know that I originally did not know what procedure was being done however, once the technician explained I quickly realized what they were doing. That wasn’t the issue. His son came out and gave me options and I wanted to choose what was best. I even offered to pay more if needed. Dr. Young kept interrupting me and dismissing anything I said. He assumed I was upset about the process & told me I should have been at the first appointment with my husband. Regardless of what he felt I should have done, his assumptions were unwarranted. I could clearly tell he was embarrassed by how much confusion his son caused cause he did not want me to get a word out about what he said. I left the office feeling highly uncomfortable at the lack of professionalism, the communication displayed and the assumptions. As a black woman, I have dealt with people assuming I am upset but this was different as I was genuinely confused. I never received a call about the interaction. I personally have never experienced anything like that before. After speaking to a friend, she let me know that I was not the only one & they had issues with the son as well. To the military community, please be cautious, as any little misunderstanding can be blown out of proportion with this office.

Great office and very friendly staff! It’s great to find a children’s dentist that listens to the parents and are respectful. You can tell they really care about their patients!

My 4 year old daughter crashed her scooter and had 2 teeth that needed immediate attention. We were seen almost immediately.
The care and compassion shown to my daughter was indubitably top notch. My daughter was taken care of on the dental work side and emotionally. Can’t stress enough how well they thought about her well being along with the correction of her teeth.

There was no attempt to upsell anything, no pressure to me as the parent, just the cold hard facts and what was best for my daughter.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place absolutely deserves a 5 star review.
