Heading into my 3rd year with Ziprent as a owner. I'm not sure why I keep expecting anything different. They have a whole bunch of people in their team, and you never know who you are communicating with and they don't communicate with each other. They can't read and always rush into things with out clarifying with me. They also have limited support, they have only a couple of vendors ( usual above market rate) and if you choose to use your own vendor or if they don't support that service, you will have to do it on your own. Communication has been the hardest part about working with Ziprent. Although they are affordable, please consider all the additional work the owner may have. For example, last year, I had to go through eviction and I did all the work. Ziprent wouldn't help pay them (with my money) because they don't have ACH set up with them. I had to pay them myself and do all the coordination which I though was the job of Ziprent. They did not help my find an eviction service either and I did it all on my own. Just be aware that owner made have to put in additional efforts when working with them rather than a traditional management company but i guess it's because they are more affordable.

We had an excellent experience with Ziprent. We found the tenant within a month. Staff is very responsive to your queries. They have informed us every step of the process. The experience has been smoother. No hidden charges. We found it cheaper compared to other rental managing companies.

Ziprent was recommended to me by another property owner in my community. I used to handle finding renters myself, but I figured that I would see how well Ziprent could do - especially because I had to travel away from the area.

Ziprent was able to use their "self serve" process to show the townhouse to a lot of interested parties, and the new tenants have already moved in. The process was fast, cost less than other property management companies, and I got "top dollar". Their high-quality photography and 3D tour helped the property look at its best.

Zip Rent has been a phenomenal service. They are excellent in coordinating communications with tenants and have shown to be professional and diplomatic with both parties. When working through disagreements, repairs or other challenges, they truly work to ensure customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.

Before using ZipRent I was doing things on my own and at times I regretted the stresses that came with being a landlord. I have been using Property Management companies for years now. Overtime, I became displeased with the services that I was receiving and started looking for another PM for my properties. I found Ziprent and have been extremely pleased with their services. So much so, that I have recommended them to friends who now enjoy their services as well. There accounting/billing system is easy to understand which makes things simple which is why you use a PM to begin with. Rent and associated payments, including the deposit/s, go straight to your bank account with notifications when it is initiated/completed. No waiting to get your money while it sits in the PM’s account. You can use your own vendors for repairs if you like. When I need something I almost always get to speak directly to someone who can resolve my issues. When not, my call is quickly returned. Did I mention there rates. Check them out. I highly recommend giving Ziprent an opportunity to make your life easier.
