We have lived here over 6 months now and I can say it’s one of the nicest apartments I’ve lived in. One they accept pets for an extra fee of course which is not found very often anymore. Apartment managers are very welcoming and nice. Maintenance gets done fairly quickly. With acceptance you can pretty much do what you please. Everyone here pretty much keeps to themselves.

We love it here. Good layout with ample closet and storage space. Garages are close and have storage shelving. Neighbors are polite and quiet. Office responds promptly. APT Manager is friendly, polite, takes time to listen, responds promptly, and actually fixes the issues that arise as needed in a timely manner.

Personal experience has been very good over almost 19 yrs of being a tenant. Management has made even stronger efforts in recent years to improve the exterior environment. Building managers and building owners have always been easy to work with. Much appreciated.

Leasing and leasing extensions were a breeze. Leasing Manager made the showing very efficient. We went to a few places in our budget and location preference.
The portal for payments also works flawless.
Maintenance is done on the same day if informed early or the earliest possible time the next day after a call. Maintenance line works best in weekdays.
The service provided overall is really good.

The only few issues we have were related the age of the building. Like the temperature regulation in the beginning and end of the heating season and harmless house centipedes. I totally understand that it is because the building is old.

I absolute love my place! When I moved in everything was pristine. The day I moved in they had a personalized note with crate of brand new things for the place. They truly go above and beyond and have always exceeded accommodating me any time I’ve ever had any issue or needed help with something. They’re so professional and also such down to earth people who you can talk to. The best choice I ever made was moving here. Tracy is absolutely amazing! Erica the on site manager is the nicest! The maintenance guy Steve is prompt and professional! The neighborhood is so well kept. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Really amazing people and company. 😊

I have rented from this agency since 2011. This is the BEST landlord I have ever had. They were extremely accommodating when my mother had a stroke, installing handrails to ensure her safety. They are very prompt with fixing any issues. I HIGHLY recommend renting from Wiechmann Enterprises.

Worst company to rent from! They found every reason to keep my full security deposit which was over 1600$. I had brand new carpets and they charged $205 all because I had a pet. There were no smells or stains as I was only for 6 months of my term. They also charged me 250$ for an “illegal animal pet fee” but it’s illegal to charge for Emotional Support Animals. And they were notified that I had the pet.
