I been with Badger Mutual for many years. We had our ups and downs but over all they are one of the best companies I been with, Most certainly better than Liberty Mutual. Badger try to keep cost of Insurance lower but fair then most companies. If you check around for reasonable or low prices, you would find this company with better rates. Plus when theirs a problem they get right on the matter until it is resolved. They don't make you wait forever.
Customer Service will call and remind you if payment is miss, they care, they just don't drop your policy. Threw the years we did not agree all the time but we work threw our disagreement, and everybody was ok. I hope prices stay reasonable or lower than most companies so I can stay a customer. The company with price just a little lower than everybody else will always get more customers but gain more customer with money. Try Badger Mutual you won't regret it.

Competitive pricing, best actually, for auto insurance. Even with the fact that they were cheaper than everyone else; they still handled my claim as if, if not better than, any big name triple the price kind of insurer. Might be one if not the only insurance that isn't here to rob you blind. Thank you to everyone at this company, you simply providing the coverage you do for the price, legitimately impacts and changes lives. (How? Saving me a ton of money and providing a service that I'm not going to find elsewhere.)

Hope u never get hit by one there insured people. Started out just fine got my rental car then I went out town for 6 days and turned it in save them some money telling Chelsea the claims girl I'd need one when I got back if my car wasn't done. When I got home contacted her told her the repair shop said be middle this WK she called them said they told her be done by end day which I assume was. The repair shop will not release my car tell full payment. I contacted her she said that most places would but this one doesn't and she has dealt with them before so she should of known . I tried contacting her again she blocked my email so sent different one same day. This day four I contacted her again and ignored again and still I have no car I live @10 miles from town. So as I said pray you don't have deal with them if you do don't be nice and turn car back to save them money

Over the years I’ve had several needs, (some normal, some not normal ) as stated above, beginning from day one Badger mutual was always available, returning phone calls promptly, helping me understand and with genuine concern, Making sure I understood the information in the role they were going to play and my role in getting the correct outcomes if something should happen.
