I’m not typically one to post negative reviews, but this one has been well deserved. Nova Insurance LLC charged an additional $200 over my husbands policy payment. Naturally he has called to get answers on this several times, I even tried to help by calling myself and nothing. Not the first time he’s had an issue either. Back in June he called several times to ask basic questions and in the off chance he actually get ahold of someone he dealt with agents who are rude and less than helpful (2/3 times). He has been with Nova for 5+ years now and I’ve never heard him say one positive thing about it. It would be appreciated if they could do the professional thing and call him back. But they probably won’t as they’ve demonstrated this countless times in the past. Definitely needs to switch. Thanks for nothing, Nova!

La Peor oficina de seguros de autos no son honestos con sus clientes y sus polisas tengan mucho cuidado con lo que les ofrecen tepueden perjudicar en lugar de ayudarte.

The Worst Office of Auto Insurance are not honest with their customers and their polices are very careful with what they offer they can harm you instead of helping you
