price grouching at its finest. Learn to sign up on your own or find friends and family who can help you. I finally had enough. I have been using this agency for over 10 years for auto insurance (progressive). My renew statement was out of this world. I finally reached out to Progressive the one I currently use I did a self-quote, and it was half the price. I called progressive to confirm and they said my quote was almost the same with more benefits than what I had with the agency at half the amount. All these years I did get in some accidents, but Santiago never does a thing but guide you to use the company your signed up to. so why did I need them to begin with? All these years no emails no nothing they don't do anything for you but increase your rate for their benefits. It was nice for them to help me sign up at 19 years old a clueless person but now as an adult I'm in my 30's now in a better neighborhood better living.... shame on me for never questioning it. Just paid my bill faithfully. Until I was wondering why it was going up and not down. can you imagine 100 dollars extra that could had helped around the house went to them each month. flip the bird on this one. negative 5 star

Every experience I have had with this insurance company has been horrible. If I need to get a hold of them for any reason, they never answer and rarely call back. I’m now dealing with issues with my home owners insurance being cancelled because they’ve refused to provide me with the proper information to submit repairs made on my home months ago. Absolutely do not recommend.

Since last Wednesday (March 17th) we tried to get a hold of Harry's office to update our insurance since we had obtained a new vehicle. It is now Monday March 22nd, so they had all of Thursday, all of Friday and all of today to get back to us and they haven't.

Every time we try to get a hold of them, they ignore our calls or have their receptionist say they will call us back before the end of the business day. It is now past 5:00PM, also known as the end of the business day, and they still haven't called us back.

I went on Friday March 19th on FB to ask for recommendations of other insurance agencies, and specifically asked to not be recommended to his due to the poor customer service. Harry himself, goes on and starts bashing me, accusing me of slandering and lying, even thou we didn't. He claims his insurance was looking into our situation, but not once did they pick up the phone to update us. But then he spends over 10 minutes typing long false accusations on FB.

So not only is he not providing good service, he then gets mad when you call him out and tries to pin you as the one who did something wrong. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS OFFICE!!!!

I have had may agencies in the past and these guys are 2nd to none. 1st class all the way. I recently had an accident and they handled it in a way that really impressed us . Mr. Santiago and his team are not only professional's but they are compassionate and caring . I'm glad we found them.
