Didn’t review them at the time I was totally screwed by them. They had an administrative error prior to my claim which they admitted.
They did not cover my claim and lied to the state insurance administration with whom I filed a claim with. They lied to them. I dropped my coverage with them. Our family had used them for many years and had no claims. Total rip-offs stay away from them.

I used to be a customer with this to guys who apparently seems to be father and son this was back in the day between 2012-2015. My family and I as a policy holder we used to be their clients for automobile insurance and during this period every time I walked in their office for our renewal the first thing they always asked us was if we brought "the money". At the time we just need to be covered and I didn't bothered that way of expression; In the end what make me look for another insurer company was the fact that I bought a house and I needed coverage, when I asked for a quote the younger of those two, not even took it seriously, him just gave me a quote out of his mind, him not even asked me for any type of data related to the house, not even when to online to analysed the price he gave me, and I remembered clearly was $1,200.00 that's when I decide to make a change. I when to another insurance provider and my quote is and still is under $600.00 just for my home insurance, but that was the moment I include all the vehicles under one single polacy. I think may be PROGRESSIVE is not a bad option bad AGENTS are. So if you plan on making business with them first get them to know and if you don't like the way they treat you make your business elsewhere. Is all about relationships. That's something I don't see on them, for them is all about the money. I never received a discount for paid on time.
