Trash area is always overflowing or filthy with trash scattered everywhere. Kids run around at night near the pool area, rip up plants and bricks nearby to throw on stairs and front doors. There used to be a rule about having dogs under a certain weight now for some reason big ruthless killer Pit bulls are allowed to be near other small safe dogs that lived here long before them. The daycare next door lets their parents use the driveway and residents parking spots as a drop off zone.

This place is an absolute nightmare. STAY FAR AWAY.

Not a very nice looking place. There are kids screaming everyday in the afternoon and when you look out your living room window all you see is your neighbors. I don't suggest this place to anyone who likes to live in a quite place or likes to have a nice view from the windows.

Manager is a nosey woman. She's prejudice against black men and if she has something against you (due to jealousy) she'll have the neighbors spy and report to her. Straight Wrong.
