They cut mine and Dr Popes yard on 153 and are rude, unorganized and not worth it. And not safe with single women. They're from NYC you know.

Today (ha)rasskickers drive to a parking lot I don't owned and threatened bc they are from NYC safety does not matter.

I have acute anxiety, PTSD, cancer survivor, autoimmune disablef and an insurance agent. I begged for them to park on the space shown below and told them this is not OSHA safe to haul machinery a cross a highway and I don't want a decapitation like my cousin on a lawnmower last week.

He goes “Maam you need to shut up and go inside or we will leave”

I sent a text of where I wanted them to park, warned of violation from the city and sent them OSHA requirements for lawn are workers they said did not exist.

This agency is genuinely so slow to respond to any type of issues or questions tenants have or issues they need fixed. Bills arriving way past times they should be and just horrible service overall. Definitely do not recommend. Oh and if ABC wants to reply to this saying how sorry you are. I don’t care you as a business suck, straighten up and actually give a damn about your properties and tenants and maybe people would like you more.

Absolutely the worst rental management company in Wausau. They screw over their tenants. Stay as far away from this company as possible! My utilities are included in my rent and I never had problem until they took over in January. Now I'm being charged 200 something for February and the guy upstairs is being charged over 300 for February.

Please stay away. I’m young and this was my first experience. This was the worst experience I have had. Multiple issues with other tenants from drugs, DV, illegal activity etc. I felt that nobody was sympathetic at all. The ONLY person I ever had luck with was Olivia. It has been a back and forth with them and has gotten me nowhere. It’s extremely sad to see young people like myself get taken advantage of by a company. They would evict people that put me in danger just to add another one which was worse. I wish you luck if you rent from them but please find a private landlord before you consider these people.

Previously submitted a review and was unable to find it anywhere.
Maintenance request was completed for minor fixes around the unit as well as the utility area I’ve reported as of 6/9/23 to still smell of dog urine from previous tenant.
STILL SMELLS!!!!!! Area has been blocked off. (Pictured)
2 toilet seats and a plunger was left behind from previous tenant. (Pictured)
Fridge was never moved to be cleaned under.
And my laundry area STILL has dog hair on the carpet and I refuse to clean or bring in a washer and dryer to place in this area. (Pictured)

DO NOT RENT, OWNER REFUSES TO APPROVE CLEANING REQUESTS AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 90 DAYS SINCE IT WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION!

Abc Has been amazing . My furnace went out a few days ago and they got right on it and fixed in a reasonable time . Highly recommended . They are fair and fixes things on a reasonable time .

don't even inquire about this business, you will regret it. I wanted to see apartment, they asked for pay 20$ for check backgrounds then will show you. I really want to rent apartment as the pics they showed on Zillow. I paid 20$, after I contacted with Noah, told which days I am available but didn't get responded. After a few days Noah sent me email told me he would show me apartment on Friday ( that day didn't in my available list for him) I told him I had work that day. Then he told me apartment rented, I paid money for nothing. And they don't pay me back. I don't care this little money. But I feel disgusted by their behavior. Don't trust this company. They are garbage, thief!

Don't rent with them unless you are willing to take out a loan to get out. They require 60 day notice to vacate. Charged us for removal of planters left by previous tenants. Took them 6 years to repair leaky roof. You get tired of doing work orders and everything is half fixed or canceled with no explanation. Did a work order on smoke detectors, work order canceled. Then they charged us to hang the detectors we purchased. Crooks.
