I have a check to pay them off in an amount 5806 dollars and they have had it for 7 months in want cash it. I asked them to write a letter head so I can wire it to the money to them they are saying that they don't do letter heads. If you're a business owner you do letter heads. I have never met anyone who don't want there money.

Door to door salesman came by pushing a Hyla home vacuum. Long story short, I was told there is a 90 day period to return if I didn't no longer want it. I had a few months before payments started. Well, the salesman lied because it was a 30 day not 90 day. I've tried telling this company (Bay /Aqua finance my situation and they completely disregard it. Said I would have to contact the company the salesman worked for. Their number no longer listed. So now for a approximately a $900 vacuum my credit reports show $5,739 . They keep adding payments and interest. Predatory company .

this finance company does not accept you if you have not been in business for 2 years even though you are sending them contracts from the public took 14 days to give me a decision unbelievable.... If I was you I would seek financing through RFFC or United...
