UPDATE: got a swift response to this complaint, and updated my review accordingly -- they were very accommodating and understanding of the issues at hand.

I don't know how they are as landlords, but living next to one of their properties has absolutely sucked. Nonstop noise, trash coming into my yard from theirs.

Easy move-in process. Fast to respond, easy to get ahold of. We moved into an older unit and it had a couple minor issues, but I am happy with the way they are being handled. Our shower wasn’t working (bath was fine, we could survive), but it was fixed within 24 hours of the maintenance request. We moved into an older unit with some paint stains on the floor, an almost broken cabinet, and a few other things. All of those were specifically notated in our inspection report which helps the worry of if we will be charged for something we didn’t do. So far, I am very pleased with management.

Great move experience with this company. They were very communicative the whole way. The direct office could be more responsive to tenants. They do not answer the phone but if you talk in person at the office they are still very helpful. Would recommend

They were great! Approval process was simple and quick. There was a little hiccup with my apartment not being ready in time but they helped solve the matter quickly and efficiently. I even got a nicer apartment out of it wink 😉

I had to move out early so I could move to be with a sick parent and they were so kind and accommodating.

When I move back to Alaska, they will be the first place I look for housing!

I've been working with them for over a year now and they have been great. I haven't had any problems with renting out my house through them. We mostly communicate through email and they respond within 24 hours every time. Every time I've had a question they are quick to answer it. I definitely would recommend them. They've given me much peace of mind.
