Town’n Country Property Management has been successfully managing my townhome in Goleta ever since I moved away ~ 30 years ago. The Goleta-based company and their local property managers have a great feel for the local rental market and have consistently found good, reliable tenants.

In particular, I have worked with Toni Briones for over 20yrs and she makes timely recommendations on rental rates, repairs and upgrades, seeks multiple bids and oversees these projects. Minor issues are handled by in-house handymen and I’m contacted for more costly or difficult issues. As professional property managers, they know and deal with condo and homeowner associations regularly.

The staff at Town’n Country bring carefree stability to my life as a remote owner and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking property management service in the Santa Barbara-Goleta area.
