So apparently the Dr.s here don't care if homeless ppl sleep on and trash their property. I live in this neighborhood and have had many things stolen from my yard, one vehicle vandalized twice and someone thought they could break into and sleep in another one of my vehicles. I have called the police a dozen times and left messages for the property owner that have never been returned (van fleet). Today i tried going to the office and was told the Dr knew about the issue and was too busy to deal with it. We've had dumpster fires and multiple other neighbors have had vandalized vehicles and things stolen from their yards as well. If property owners would stop allowing these ppl to take over our neighborhood it wouldn't be so disgusting!! Shame on you Van Fleet Chiropractic!!!!

I am still waiting on services from 7/2023 to be billed to my insurance. I have called the office several times and they blame it on my insurance. Every other provider I have been to in 4 years is shown on my claims on my account within a few weeks at most. This is not an insurance problem, its a Van Fleet problem. I was told they know they have a credit on my account which I am owed but can't give it to me until insurance pays. Well insurance isn't paying because Van Fleet isn't billing them. Unimpressed with chiropractic services. Van Fleet told my husband (age 44) while treating my son that he didn't want to provide chiropractic to people his age because it was too late for him, that chiropractic is really for young athletes. Confusing as we get regular adjustments from another chiropractor in town, who is also able to bill our insurance within a week or so of services.

I was very impressed with him. I was super nervous my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. He explained every step he took answered all of my many questions. Made sure I was comfortable and calm. I recommend him to any one. Bonus his staff was so helpful and nice to.

Unfortunately this is not the place for me. I’ve spoke with several folks that went here for different issues and amazingly Dr Torko seems to be prescribing towel rolls to the entire town! Don’t waste your time going here. The worst experience was my wife went in and he popped her collar bone out of place during the visit. She went back the next day and he didn’t own it and charged to put it back in place. As we worked through treatment for several months I would tell him what was helping and it seemed as if it went in one ear and out the other because the helpful movements would be taken away from the routine. They are just pushing people out the doors as fast as possible with a “let’s start with 3 times a week” policy. Save your time and go somewhere else!

I ♥️ DR. torcko. He is our buddy now. I always feel amazing after I leave here! Like my body is jello! I am always in quiet a bit of pain when I come and he fixes me right up like new! I cant help but mention how friendly the front staff is! They are always friendly and have big smiles. Just a very down to earth environment. ♥️

I've never had any problem getting an appointment, even if it's with short notice. Staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Dr. Van Fleet communicates in real-people words. And, oh, yes: He may actually be a miracle worker.
